Is Ashworth College an accredited institution?
Yes. All of our career diploma, certificate and degree programs are accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) which is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency. Do my credits from another institution transfer to Ashworth College?
We encourage students who are enrolling in our college degree programs to submit an official transcript from any accredited college or university where they have previously earned credits. Prompt receipt of student transcripts allows us to apply eligible transfer credits in a timely manner. Download a transcript request form or have the school mail your transcript to us at the following address:

I want to cancel my program. What is Ashworth College’s cancellation policy?
We understand that not all programs are for all people. That said, we offer a ‘no questions asked’ money back policy for students who cancel within the first 5 days of enrollment. Our cancellation policy requires the parent, legal guardian or adult student enrolled with Ashworth College to initiate the cancellation procedure. If your enrollment is cancelled after the first 5 days, you may be entitled to a refund or you may owe the school additional tuition. The number of lessons completed and the tuition paid determines this. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on the Refund Policy page for more details.
I haven’t received my textbooks. How long will they take to arrive?
Many of our courses are 100% online and use eBooks, but others use textbooks, lesson books, workbooks and/or study guides. Your first set of materials is shipped to you within 24 hours of enrollment. Materials are mailed by the U.S. postal service or international airmail if you live abroad. You will receive subsequent study materials in a timely manner, based on your rate of completion of assignments and exams and provided you are up to date on your monthly tuition.
